Chapter 7-4 The Science of Torsion Fields

Prof. Lee Si-cen, who holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and is former president of National Taiwan University, has been using scientific methods to study "paranormal abilities" since the 1990s. He has conducted a series of rigorous scientific tests and authored several books, including "The Science of Torsion Fields", "The Science of the Spiritual Realm", "Scientific Qigong", and "Unbelievable: Visiting the Sites of the Gods". These works primarily explain the physical properties of torsion fields and how quantum mechanics' understanding of consciousness can explain the ability of torsion fields to traverse the realms of yin and yang. Additionally, they attempt to analyze the principles behind Taoist Qimen Dunjia（奇门遁甲） and Bagua formations（八卦布阵）, providing a scientific basis for traditional Chinese Feng Shui（风水）.

Consciousness is actually high-dimensional energy, capable of transcending the material world. In an interview, Prof. Lee said: "I have interviewed many successful people and asked them the same question: 'What is the basis for the most important decisions in your life?' The answers were surprisingly consistent: intuition."

Intuition comes from high dimensional information. And what about inspiration? All scientific inventions initially stem from inspiration, which also comes from high dimensional information. In reality, our success is determined by our connection to our inner high dimensional state. This connection to our inner high dimensions is called "inner sage"（内圣）; believing in and striving to achieve the results of this inner connection in reality is called "outer king"（外王）."Inner sage" and "outer king" refer to the unity of internal and external, the unity of form and spirit, or "Unity of Man and Nature", representing a very high state.

The story begins with one of the greatest inventors of the 19th century, Nikola Tesla:

"In the late 19th century, Tesla invented the polyphase AC motor, leading to the rise of modern electrical civilization. His extraordinary life was marked by his exceptional paranormal abilities, including eidetic memory and the ability to open his third-eye. His inventions seemed divinely inspired but actually originated from another realm—the spiritual world. "

Tesla possessed unique paranormal abilities from a young age, experiencing visual imagery in his mind, akin to what is known in Chinese folklore as "opening the third-eye". He could directly "project" the designs of his inventions onto this inner vision, make modifications, and mentally simulate the operation of these imagined machines. When Tesla encountered perplexing problems, the solutions would appear to him as visual images. Additionally, when he heard the name of an object, its detailed structure would instantly appear in his third-eye. Furthermore, Tesla had an extraordinary auditory ability to hear extremely faint sounds from a distance (such as a fly landing on a table) and could even communicate verbally with Aliens in interstellar space.

In 1893, Tesla applied for a patent for a special coil designed to extract environmental energy, without explaining the physical principles. Prof. Lee believes that this device is a "torsion field generator": the magnetic field generated by the current flowing through the coil induces a torsion field that distorts spacetime, allowing it to penetrate the "imaginary space" (spiritual realm) and bring the stored energy into the "real space" (material world). This type of generator does not require fuel.

The discovery of torsion fields can be traced back to 1915 when Einstein proposed the "Theory of General Relativity". General Relativity is a theory about the nature of gravity, suggesting that the geometric properties of time and space are determined by the energy and momentum of objects, and that the presence of mass causes spacetime curvature. The calculation of Mercury's precession based on this theory was highly accurate, providing one of the strongest experimental confirmations of General Relativity. However, to simplify mathematical complexity, Einstein neglected the spacetime distortion caused by Earth's own spin (which creates torsion fields), considering only the gravitational force. Therefore, General Relativity is a "torsion-free" gravity theory. Although modern scientific instruments have measured that the force generated by torsion fields is much weaker than gravity, their ability to penetrate dimensional space makes scientists unable to ignore their existence.

In 1922, French physicist Élie Joseph Cartan incorporated spacetime torsion and spin angular momentum into General Relativity. Since the 1960s, Russian scientists have experimentally confirmed the properties of torsion fields:

1. Torsion fields are distortions of spacetime. Similar to how gravitational fields cause spacetime curvature, torsion fields are not shielded by any natural materials and do not lose energy during propagation.
2. Torsion fields are not limited by the speed of light in four dimensional spacetime communication; they can exceed the speed of light, transmitting not only into the future but also into the past.
3. Even if the source of torsion field is removed, the residual effects of torsion field remain at the original location.

Prof. Lee simulated torsion fields using a "torsion field generator" and "crystal energy fields" and discovered the following: although a two-centimeter-thick aluminum plate cannot block the energy field, incredibly, when the crystal energy field is powered from the rotating shaft center of a fan and directed outward, the field spreads and elongates. Moreover, a piece of wet paper can completely absorb the energy field. This aligns perfectly with what Guo Pu (Jin Dynasty) said about Feng Shui 2,000 years ago: "Qi disperses when it encounters wind and halts when it meets water."

To verify the existence of torsion fields and their effects on reality, Prof. Lee conducted numerous scientific experiments with people possessing paranormal abilities, including telepathy and clairvoyance experiments. For instance, in a "Children's Potential Training Class", deliberate practice enabled children to acquire the ability to "read with their fingers" in just 4 days: "We found that a few seconds before opening third-eye, we could measure tens of millivolts of voltage on the palms of children, indicating that there was an electrical discharge in brain, which sent nerve impulses to the palms. This discharge process also triggered the formation of third-eye, creating a screen-like image in brain."

In the "finger reading" experiments, children with third-eye had no difficulty "seeing" ordinary words and images using fingers. However, when confronted with special characters or mantras such as "Buddha", "Bodhisattva", or "Om Mani Padme Hung" (including the Tibetan script for "Buddha", "God" and "Allah"), the children could not "see" the words. Instead, they experienced beautiful "images" of light, figures, or sounds through their third-eyes. If there were slight alterations to the characters, such as "弗" or "彿", the divine images would not appear. Moreover, when a crystal energy field passed through sacred words like "Buddha", the energy quickly intensified and resonated with the acupoints on the experimenters' hands, causing a numbing sensation.

Certain special symbols, such as Tai-Chi Diagrams（太极图）, the Eight Trigrams of the I Ching（易经八卦）, and the "卍" character, exhibit unique energy field phenomena in the spiritual realm, including rotation, vortices, vibrations and pushing forces. These phenomena present a dual image, with the static or dynamic behavior of the virtual image being projected back into the material world. Although ordinary people have weak perception of these effects, those with paranormal abilities can detect and capture them.

Specific arrangements in reality, such as Feng Shui layouts, if they align with certain Trigrams or geometric structures, can form torsion fields that traverse the realms of yin and yang. These arrangements can penetrate dimensions, creating a formation that spans both the spiritual and material worlds, generating an energy field. This phenomenon partially unveils some mysteries of Taoist Qimen Dunjia and Western Tarot cards.

Through systematic operations, it is possible to manipulate spacetime structures to a certain extent in reality. By directing specific energy fields into higher dimension (spiritual realm), one can extract usable energy, thereby achieving a certain degree of control over spacetime.

If humans can truly obtain energy from the spiritual realm through specific methods, then many supernatural abilities would not be surprising at all.

Prof. Lee's team also provided numerous experimental cases, such as "Third-eye X-ray vision", "Qigong healing", "communicating with animals", accurately completing exams in dreams, predicting the future, and more. Experiments have shown that some people's consciousness (thoughts) can generate astonishing energy, including "long-distance telekinesis", "conscious micro-carving and drilling", "instantaneous plant growth and flowering", and "germination of cooked peanuts".

In 1997, Ms. Sun Chulin from China University of Geosciences revived a dead cooked peanut and made it sprout in 36-minutes, as recorded by video camera. Later, Ms. Sun wrote articles titled "Some Experiences of Communicating with Plants" and "Dialogue from the Depths of the Soul: Life Experiences of Communicating with Plants" in "Chinese Qigong Science" (1998), documenting experiments such as reviving a dead peanut, making fried peas sprout while retaining their crispy fried skin, turning a green apple red and then back to green, and sprouting a hundred beans simultaneously. The experiment of reviving a boiled egg to hatch a chick was recorded in "Experiments and Reflections on the Directional Control of Plant Growth by Deep Consciousness" in "Chinese Human Science" (1998). These magical experiments were achieved by placing objects into third-eye for imaging, followed by "spiritual communication" through conscious energy, leading to changes in the negative image before the positive changes occurred. Could this indicate that everything has yin and yang, and in fact, the unseen determines the seen?

What's even more incredible is that many people with supernatural abilities have "masters" in the spiritual realm. Whenever they encounter difficulties, these "masters" provide guidance and assistance.

Interestingly, upon learning that some experimenters were guided by spiritual "masters", Prof. Lee began a long and planned series of "consulting the gods" topics. In his lectures titled "The Science of the Human Body, Mind and Spirit" in Taiwan in 2004, he presented dozens of questions asked to the "gods" and their "answers".
